Good news for Blunts only 7 adrift now. We just need 3 teams to be docked about 30 points and we are laughing!

Laughable absolutely laughable! Where is the deterrent to clubs for this kind of behaviour?

Hit them with 10 points minimum, repeat ad hoc and it doubles, now that's a deterrent.

Trying to wriggle out of it on a technicality claiming that they delayed the 45m sale of Johnson to Spurs until after the accounting deadline because they could get more for him. You pay your money you take your choice. You chose more money for Johnson and your payment is 4pts. You could have had less money for him earlier and thus avoided breaching FFP rules. Tough!

I wonder if the 4 points they gave back to Everton will now be taken again for the 2nd charge ! In the meantime I wonder when will they look into the numerous charges at Man City and the rest

I have been made aware.that this deduction was finalised towards middle of last week.but the powers that be decided if would be unfair to implement this last week with Luton and notts forest playing each other at the weekend ….!…suppose to be unfair to who exactly..the team that broke the rules..?...what a crock of crap that is,but then again not surprising soft soaping..

Meanwhile Everton seem to be creeping away with their second crime. Can't send the big boys down. Forest are OK - they're just a Rotherham and not wanted in Prem.
Football stinks. It's as filthy and corrupt as everything else in the world today.

Absolutely correct Steve, bottle jobs the are frightened to death to send everton down .. there is no deterrent to stop the clubs breaking the rules . It should be in writing if you break the fair play rules . It's a 20 point deduction. No appeal, that's what it is .. they did it a few years ago with Birmingham, docked them a few points to say they had done something, but not enough to put them in danger.
