    If you had your noddle on correctly you would have had the sense to check that this club has always conducted business strictly within the fair play rules.

    It's as simple as that. Whereas had the fair play rules been in application during the 1940's 50's and 60's then Blunderland, then nicknamed the Millionaire's club, would have been slung out of the then, First Division for illegal deals and underhand contracts with the players when the contracts were very strict.
