    England shirt prices…

There’s been murmurings of discontent about the new England shirt and it’s multi coloured St George flag on the collar at the back, quite liked it myself and seemed like a storm in a teacup but then I noticed the price of the shirts, the “authentic” version is priced at £130 for an adult and a whopping £120 for a child’s while a “stadium” version costs £85 for and adult and £65 for a child’s,that’s a stupid price for a replica shirt, what if you’ve got three kids who all want the authentic version to keep up with their mates? The price of football is getting out of hand

I’m not bothered about the logo on the collar because it’s not a St George’s cross -how can it be; it’s not red. The question to me is why have they removed it.

Maybe felt guilty about stealing it from Genoa. Patent rights.

A bit like the Elgin Marbles.

Is there nothing of English origin in England?

Will probably watch all 3 England games in the Euros in the summer but don’t think there will be a 4th this year… looks like Southgate will be preoccupied with moving to Old Trafford..
