Just got my first photo licence after my paper one ran out.
On the front there is various bits of information.
But number 3 gives my date of birth, which is correct, then says not known. What is that about?

Crash, have you had to apply for a plastic one because you've reached 70 and had to re apply? Not really checked this bit out.

Yeh reached 7 zero and had to get a plastic one .still can't get Grist's link when on line 3 it says not known?

I think that must mean they know when you were born but not where you were born

Looking at mine and can’t see why they should be different but,
Line 3. Shows DOB and ENGLAND
Line 4a. Date of issue of plastic licence.
Line 4b. Date licence needs renewing.
Line 4c. DVLA
Line 5. Licence number
No line 6.
Line 7. My signature
Line 8. Home address
Line 9. All types of vehicle I’m allowed to drive.

Ironically I let my Class 1 or LGV licence as it’s now known lapse, however, it still says my licence covers me to drive a wagon and attached tow bar trailer. Didn’t know a standard licence allowed this as you need to take a test in order to operate one of these.

Yup probably, but sent birth certificate.
So who knows.
Ok for next three years though to create havoc .

When they said 70 .I thought that was the minimum speed I could drive .
