    End of term report

Johannson: good but not Premier League good. Peltier: had it. Morrison: cool but too slow now. Bramall: fast but rash. Odoffin: top of the form. Head boy. Lindsay: below average. Rathbone: headless chicken. Kioso: could do well. Eaves: doesn't impose himself. Hugill: clumsy. Wyke: invisible. Cafu: best days long gone. Clucas: ditto but at least tries. Revan: good but needs to grow a bit. Hall: who? Blackett: we'll have to wait and see. Humphreys: stylish with a good football upbringing. Tiehi: competent Championship player. Nombe: a league too far.Ferguson: his body has caught up with him.

All with a teaching staff resembling the hierarchy of St Trinians

Victor Kioso Odoffin Humphreys Tiehi Rathbone all top of the class. Morrison can't knock he didn't give up like some. Nombe see when he's played right. Rinohmota only one of the loan signings I'd keep. McGuckin got it to prove. Rest release or move on.

First job is to change the teaching staff and repair the school buildings, the state of the buildings doesn’t help in fact there is a clear link between not being able to attend lessons and the exam results. The head teacher needs to stop living in the past and realise he might learn something and invest in the right areas, or seek external funding if he needs it. Also his deputy head has to be asked to leave because his day to day operational ability leaves a lot to be desired. As for the kids, well we need to convince Rathbone, Humphrey’s and Odoffin to stay on and not just invoke the short-term contract extensions. Victor can move onto university with pride. Kioso, Bramall, Lindsay, clucas can do well next year, tiehi and nombe will improve with better teaching. I will stick my neck out and say Tom Eaves schooldays are not done at Rotherham yet in l1 and fit he has something to contribute.

Somebody just burn the school down please. Ofsted don't have a rating low enough. Let's put an LTN outside and just build houses on it. What's the point when the school as got as far as it ever will
