Has far as Pickford is concerned, he has been a great servant to both England and Everton
Can't believe you watched that when Wales were playing Poland for a place at the Euros.I hate it when important games go to a penalty
shoot out.I think we were all devastated down here for James when he was the one who missed,I hope he gets over it ok.

barrie, as far as I was concerned, there was only one game to watch and I watched it. I thought that Wales played fairly well and they had their chances with the Poles not registering a shot on target or anywhere near until the closing minutes.
Too many Welsh players were falling over in the hope of conning a very experienced Italian official into giving them free kicks when they would have benefitted from staying on their feet, sadly something which has become much more prevalent in England ----and Wales.

A shame that it went to penalties and that James missed his, mind you, it was the only one which was saved because all the others were taken with real venom and that was good to see.
Never mind, life goes on and the Welsh have their rugby to talk about don't they? How are they getting on with the oval shaped ball these days?

Oh sub, you know how to turn the knife, the Welsh are a victim of their own lack of success.
