Don’t recall seeing any planning applications for it, or any reports for that matter

Should make match day parking fun.

It's a pitty the club didn't acquire this land and develop it somewhat.

A hotel, pub, petrol station, etc.

Oh, so his is the firm who has been charging rip off prices for parking on derelict land with huge craters in it like a bombsite.
Bad day if he ever takes over RUFC.

It would be ideal move. With the Hull Group, we would be in a much more safer pair of hands. Not wishing to decry Tony but he just hasn't got the wealth to pay for the essential infrastructure that the club requires doing.

There are many groups/consortiums with far greater wealth than The Hull Group that are still managing to make a complete pigs ear of running a football club.

I'm sure there are but the Hull Group is a very well run company and the family are true Rotherham fans.
