Decent and much improved, GP. Indebted to Wildsmith for one fine save (again!) and the usual suspects performed well in defence. Adams was excellent and good to see Korey Smith perform well as his midfield partner. Signing the former and extending the latter’s stay should, imo, be summer priorities.

CBT had a very good 1st half, as did Ebou. Nels and especially Cash were excellent. The rest were at least adequate. NML was quiet, for him.

I claim responsibility for the other results that went our way. 3 game accumulator with Posh, Tykes and Trotters all to win. Great result, almost perfect Well worth the €5 stake.

Really good result especially with results elsewhere, 3 wins from 5?

Bolton can finish on 93 if they win all remaining games
    Posh 92
    Barnsley 92
    Rams 96

4 more wins and it won't matter what the rest do. As Sith suggested, 3 more wins would probably suffice.

Bolton have both Portsmouth and Peterborough, Barnsley Portsmouth too?

Going to be points dropped by some or all there.

I'm just hoping we have it done before the last game and we can go out with a big win so I can eventually get one of my predictions right.

It also means optimistic in difficult circumstances and seeing as I used it in connection with Derby's performance n the league this season I tend to think its appropriate - but all of you it seems failed to understand that - I'm am surprised that rA didn't catch on, but then obviously I overestimated his understanding of language, I had no such expectations for the rest of you with some notable exceptions.

Anyway seems despite the set back in mid week, my thoughts on grinding out 1-0 wins is essentially true and I have a sneaking optimism regarding Portsmouth. But then I must not get too sanguine!!

It was a setback but 5 wins out of 6 is promotion form in anyone's book
