And there lies the problem

With any manager at any level, if a player is simply not trying the sanction is to drop him and to put in another player that will try.

LR can’t do this because there are no alternative players prepared to bust a gut for Rotherham United.

Yep a good point grist. There has been no pressure on a lot of positions for players to perform most of the season. What happened to earning your shirt? Players know they will get a game no matter how they play.

You may be right Howdy but we can’t go on like this.

LR said that the players were on the floor and he had to pick them up. Who’s picking LR up?

There’s only so many times you get beat before you forget how to win again.

Morrison is a good bloke and is the best option for me. It may go wrong but it can’t be worse.
