which is up as I'm typing, though it is likely to go down again, in which case it will return a security warning if the latest safety certificate has expired (beyond my control).
Oh that's misleading. I've just checked https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com and the site is shown as Down!! And I'm on it on another tab. That means the server is not responding as DownforEveryone is expecting. I had not previously checked a site that was up at the time.

So carouseldrivefootballs.on.drv.tw responds to a ping but not DownforEveryone. tracert is slow which I guess is expected especially as it appears that the server is in California and a 171 sites using it if the info I get is correct.

Are you using a free version? I've not done much with hosting but had some data on a UK free hosting site but it wasn't trouble free.

dr.tw is not a typical host, it's basically an interface between Microsoft's cloud and the internet (you can use it via Google Drive also), so they don't actually host any of the files, they just link all of the files you have ticked to share to the web. It was working quite well until recently, I guess because a lot more people are using it now. I have got a proper web host account but another site has to take priority over the Notts one as it gets far more traffic.

Maybe it's worth converting it to a type of wikipedia page - a lot of them can be created for free so it'd take away the hosting issue, it's just a bit of a different format from what you perhaps had been using, but then at the same time easier to look after?
It's a bit beyond what Wikipedia has to offer. I have seen the site countless times and because I can't be arsed creating bookmarks, I find it by typing Bradd Scanlon Carter into Google. Nothing is more uniquely Notts than that. Good work by the meta tags, I suppose.

I like it, if I ever am struggling to remember a game, result or even attendance and I really want to know it's always my go to especially the 1990's because that's when I began going to football.

Well done on moving your system to a new server/address and hope it works.

I presume you'll add https: in due course? I know it's not critical except some browsers might object.

It does seem to be working much better now, apart from a bunch of missing images thanks to google drive recently changing their links (Gifs still work but not jpgs) which has upset a log of bloggers who use that feature.
I can use SVG graphics again though, which means dynamic buttons that can change colour.
It will stay as an http unless the hosts decide to change it. I'll restore the dr.tw address in due course and leave that up as a back up.
