How come the training facilities were fine last year when we stayed up.

Warne was sometimes accused of over training the players. How did he do this when it rained?

Players will blame anything other than themselves.

Can we look at his 2 goals and 4 assists the last time we were in League 1, when we had better players and were more competitive?

    Hardly standout is it?

Don’t get me wrong, there’s worse players than Ollie around but it’s a bit cheeky to try and shift the blame.

He’s been bang average and should be honest about it.

Our facilities are below par but the squad we have wouldn’t be doing much better if they trained on Wembley every day.

    They’re simply not good enough.
Howdy come on you know the point I am making, the problems at the club are not all just the players or the coaching, there are bigger issues and if we do not address them we will not attract the type of players we would all like to see.

I think there's a level of targeting going on at TS with these comments.

It was interesting to see the state of Roundwood on a recent visit up there - the pitch was absolutely horrendous.

As with most things in life, our demise is not down to one thing,it's never as black and white as some posters believe.
Basically us versus the championship is an unfair match that we are unlikely to win.
To have any chance we need everything in place, which means being able to train properly, a good manager, 4 or 5 above average players, a playing style that works,a decent (for us) budget, and some luck.
It's fair to say we haven't had any of those this season, so the inevitable happens.

We can attract the players most want to see. Many fans are saying that they would prefer us to stay in league one and be competitive.

We’ve seen some great performers over the last 10 years. We’ve even had a World Cup winner play for us. 😉

Of course we need to improve in a lot of areas but let’s not kid ourselves. With the budget we have, the club have been relatively successful in the last 10 years.

With the budget we have, do you think we should have invested in training facilities and youth? You allude to it but what happens to the first team? I know for a fact that all our past managers. Maybe apart from Warne wanted the budget spent on players. Evans who many want back had zero interest in youth.

You can maybe hope Stewart has recognised this and that’s why promoted up Scott.

One thing is certain. If you don’t invest in the first team and recruit the right players you’re screwed. Colchester, Crewe etc. All fans are interested in.

    It's about the basics.

So our chairman can't afford the budget he has for the squad and to than pay for a drainage system to be installed.

Oh let's try and attract players.

But to let you know you won't be able to train.

Others pointing out no other manager has complained about it

So the players and lr are lying.

Why doesn't the club come out and say so
