I've done UEFA C (long-time ago now) and trust me regurgitating what the FA teach you doesn't help you on a Sunday on the touchline neither on a Tuesday night wazzing it down with rain and your striker has turned up wants to kick 10 shades of shazzle out of your left back for banging his missus.

To this day I don't think "the badge" has guided me one iota to what my vision of development is and how to handle a match day
