Morton's disciplinary stats are incredible. They have had 99 yellow cards, a whopping 33 more than the team in 2nd place Raith Rovers.
They also occupy the top 3 spots in player yellows Allan Power in double figures followed by Kirk Broadfoot and Robbie Muirehead.
Morton have another 2 players in the top 10 which amounts to 50% of the players in top 10 with yellow cards are Morton players.

They are animals and embody their manager, utd have to be up for the fight, but sensible with it also, we saw how they managed to get cujoe sent off first game. I wonder if referees have got wise to their antics? Can't rely on getting a decent ref though. Need to start on front foot and first goal huge as always, do those two things and mental tiredness of three games in a week might creep into their play.

Big test for young centre halves to stand up to the challenge. As previous posters have said, league is far from over if we drop points tonight, considering we go to Airdrie and the form they are in. On other hand, win tonight and we are in a fantastic position considering where we were only a couple of games ago

Maybe that's why Grimshaw is coming in for Thompson for a bit more steel.

Does make sense re Grimshaw. Also think both CHs have shown they have a bit of steel in them.
PS anyone know the impact of climate change in Greenock and will it affect the game going ahead?

As you were apart from Grimshaw back in for Thomson, which isn't a bad idea for tonight

I think we will miss Thomsons' deliveries tonight. Set pieces could be the difference. Hopefully Moult has brought his shooting boots because I think we will need to be clinical. I reckon the result will 100% depend on the ref tonight. If he is conned by Morton, then we could be in for a long slog of trying to break down their anti football.

I f#cking hate this Morton team, they are the very essence of why we neef out this league! Time wasting, dirty barstewards that spend 99% of the game trying to con the ref whilst asssulting opposition players left right and centre...horrible barsteward of a team with a horrible barsteward of a manager...and Kirk Broadfoot! Please let this be the last time we have to play them for a very long time!

Best wishes to the travelling support, you defo deserve a performance from our players tonight!

What Grimshaw are we getting though? The one from early in the season, or the one that was hooked at half time v ICT?
