Should never have played for the club again after Sutton at home.

Feel for the guy but unfortunately he has made his bed... shocking performance after shocking performance.... just doesn't look cut out to be a center back at all, if he is here next season play him up front...let him cause some trouble up that end 🤣

Even more depressing than today's defending is the fact that I've heard he's already been offered a new deal
    Incredible

His mind seems elsewhere when he's on the pitch
Goodness knows what's going on in his private life

Get rid. No accountability. Just another accident waiting to happen.

Please please tell me this is some kind of sick joke!! He is a big part of our problem and by my reckoning personally at fault for over 15 goals this season.

Baldwin is generally a great defender for this level for around 88 minutes, it's the other two minutes he turns Sunday league and they score

He’s ****. He sometimes does what a CB should do, if a keeper had made mistakes that led to the number of goals conceded that he has, that keeper would be absolutely slated and rightly dropped.
Defenders and particularly centre backs simply can’t make the errors he has. One or two can be forgiven but his mistakes probably equate to a decent proportion of the goals conceded.

If someone said we have the option to sign a strong, fast defender who can be effective but who continues to make crass errors and gives the opposition chances in almost every game, would you urge the club to buy him?
Probably not... we really shouldn't be offering Baldwin another contract, simply because he is incapable of learning from his mistakes.
