Thanks Swale. It's at times when you can see the club becoming extinct and, conversely, at times like last Satdeh, that the raw emotion of supporting the club really hits home. I still can't fathom how we can get so attached to something as inanimate as a football club, unless it's the feeling of community, shared grief and elation when you hit the extremes of footballing life. Any road up, 8 games at pride Park this season delivering a total of 22 points. Some record. Aiming to do at least half a dozen next season, as per usual, and I won't complain if my points return is at the same level.
