In two weeks I bid farewell to West Yorkshire and return to the land of red roses (Lepton to Ramsbottom [still in Lancashire, I refuse to acknowledge the oxymoronic greater Manchester]) but I must admit I found the Yorkshire folk friendlier than most and they have some great pubs and chippies.
