Despite what Swinney says he is a ‘stop gap’ First Minister as he was planning to retire as an MSP at the next Scottish Government elections in 2026.
I am disappointed that Patrick Harvie is no longer a Scottish Government minister as I have been in direct dialogue with him regarding his tin pot plans to force everyone to rip out their gas and oil fired boilers and replace them with an air source heat pump.
I received details from him about the 1993 Clean Act which is the responsibility of local authorities throughout Scotland to enforce.

You can still tear into him despite him not being a government minister. I would encourage you to do so.

It is not so easy to have dialogue with Patrick Harvie as I am not resident in his list area.
Maggie Chapman who is the Green List MSP for the Dundee area is the same person who put a spanner in the works to stop the regional sports centre being built at Caird Park because she did not want several trees removed.
This is the same person who is happy for wood pellets to imported from America to power the district heating scheme at the ‘watered down’ Caird Park sports centre.

Why not turn you attention to your local list MSP? There is still a perception that Green policies are caring and saving the planet from our behaviour. My view is that they create difficulty for working people and if the whole of Britain shut down, we all moved into huts and holes in the ground like Scara Brae in Orkney, the world would not benefit at all.

20 minute cities is based on a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 10minute walk home. At 3 miles and hour, which is a bit faster than I walk that would be a round trip of 1mile. Can't see it being practical. Think we need to improve public transport, more routes, running regularlyand running later to encourage an evening out.

Wee Pat keeps banging on about the Greens having a progressive taxation policy. In my opinion he should say that the Greens are anti business and they are not interested in people working hard to try to better themselves as the Greens are only interested in the workshy and people who cannot make their mind up what gender they are.

Wee Pat is only interested in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
I doubt if he has ever set foot in Dundee unless the Greens were having their party conference in the Marryat Hall.
