Just seen that Ruari has been named in the Championship team of the year. A wonderful accolade for a superb footballer who was plucked from the Irish league and awarded a two year contract by the Queen's Board to much derision at the time.

I'm sure he was signed from Stranraer having spent time at Hibs before that.
I do agree though, he was a clever footballer and a miss this season. Sounds daft but despite scoring over 20 goals, his finishing wasn't the slickest at times but I daresay that compounds how decent he was
