As some people have said...he was actually given some quality players due to Carrs scouting.
Fumbled on a good system...got us to 5th.
Then screwed the system, in one way to please Ba, that was always going to leave...but to swap Tiote and Cabaye was criminal.
There were many other stupid decisions at the time.
He was hamstung by the FCB...but it didn't excuse what he did...same as Bruce.
