Has anyone received their Chelsea tickets in the post yet? Seem to be leaving it a bit late!

No, i ordered on line as a st holder, told to wait until monday gone, and now told to wait until Saturday !!

Now then who told you all several months ago about the poor running an performance of the ticket office.

Sour grapes a few of you said ... But how many posts are going up now sayin the same old thing.

However, I was told that as tickets went on general sale on 23rd dec and the postal service and office staff being on Xmas leave it meant tickets wouldn't get sent out till after Xmas ( likely being 27th)

It's not just football tickets tho, I haven't received any post since before Xmas and I'm waiting for some important stuff

Received mine (as a season ticket holder) a few days ago safe and sound.

no sign of mine (ordered on 14th Dec!) - just spoken to the ticket office who confirm it's been posted, but that I should contact them on Saturday if it's not arrived and they will then sort out a replacement.
Suspect it's either sitting in a bag at the back of the sorting office or else I'll turn up to the match and find a postie sitting in my seat...

Had mine for a few weeks... Also no problem on the phones when getting them.
