Damnit, looks like Kozak is out for the season...

New striker in january just jumped up the list. - view external link (http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/aston-villa-striker-libor-kozak-6463885)

Thats bad news. Hes done a decent job filling in for Benteke. Maybe its time we gave Helenious a go? I would rather spend all the transfer money on a midfielder and defender.

Looks like Lerner will have to dig deep into those trouser pockets and support L*****t in this transfer window now !

Nah, I take it back. we'll probably change formation to 442, or Helenius will get some playing time behind benteke

Ouch! Nasty for both Kozak and Villa. :blue:

Wishing Kozak a speedy recovery.

I really like Kozak so hope he is back fighting fit for pre-season, on the other hand this is a great chance for Helenius, get him into the side.

Shame for the lad but if Benteke is fit he wouldnt play anyway.

He looks an awful player but has popped up with important goals.

Sad news and a speedy recovery to the lad..

As for helienus ? Personally I find it quite baffling his lack of game time as he had a good pre season and I really thought he'd have had a chance by now to show us what he can do..

Talk you may be coming in for Shane Long.

I would rather bring back the Fonz. Maybe thats not such a bad idea.

Agree with all of that.

Personally not convinced by Kozak, as he's not very mobile, but does seem to know where the back of the net is if he gets a sniff. Hope he recovers quickly.

Would like to see Helenius to see what he's got in his locker, maybe starting today in the FA cup.
