What is wrong with Adam Le Fondre?

Just read this article, and he is Readings top scorer, yet hasnt started a match for 2 months! Amazing, always seems to play well, can clearly score at all levels, yet fails to get in the team. Have never had any indication he causes trouble in a squad either.

I would as well, but I just wonder, seeing how long it was before he was snapped up from Rotherham, and now he has made only 9 starts and scored 7 times, yet cant get into the starting line up at Reading!
