He was a brilliant footballer, on a par with Pele imo.

Will always remember that game at Goodison Park between Portugal and North Korea, fantastic atmosphere and entertainment.

Also remember the Manchester United v Benfica European Cup Final at Wembley in 1968. In extra time he was through and hit a poweful goal bound shot which Alex Stepney saved miraculously. Eusebio shook his hand in sheer admiration.

A proper gentleman. :heart:

As a kid I used to watch a few world cup VHS jobbies over and over again and I used to love the bits when they showed Eusebio doing his thing.
