An NFL player here in Seattle has been fined $50,000 by the league as he has failed to talk with the media enough times this year per the terms of his contract. The fans have started to have a whip round to pay his fine. His annual pay - $7M.
At least the player has agreed to match whatever they collect and donate it all to a local charity.
