Yes pal but not ventured far from the house of late due to personal reasons and when my net is down nothing works as I'm on wi fi...one down all down..

Had a very quick view when near another network but not stayed on long enough to post...

I will not lie my fat friend...it has been the festive period and I can announce I have set myself a new challenge as I put on 4 lbs last week...X-D...I now weigh a 'thrusting' 15 stone and 1 lb or as Corner would say 'He's a fat middle aged man'...but I can proudly announce not a bald one! :P

Something has to give and I am determined it won't be the belt on my waistline...I've done it before so I know it is achievable to lose weight...;-)

from an earlier thread i put that i had lost 1/2 ounce ...i can now confirm that i have lost a full 1 ounce over the festive period ...see ya saturday pal ;D ;D ;D
