Cardiff is pretty impressive compared to a few years ago...they had all these posters (See below). They also were friendly, Showed last seasons WHU highlights DVD, had a car park AT the stadium for away fans and all the staff were wearing WHU away shirts which they gave to some of the travelling kids after the game..

I thought the stewards and the police were very friendly and helpful.

The set up is the best in the premier league for away fans in my opinion.

Fans still pretty hostile and you could easily get involved. But you can keep out of it these days...

took my kid for his first proper away game as we knew the West Ham mascot for the game. Stewards came over and asked if we wanted to sit at the front so he could see better.

I declined as the atmosphere is better in the middle. He loved it.

Agree...it has gone from a destination I avoided to one of my favourite away experiences...
