Early team news.

"Jermain Defoe, Lewis Holtby, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Andros Townsend are back in the frame to face Palace on Saturday.
All four players are back in training after injury.
Jermain has been out for five matches with a hamstring injury, the same problem that has kept Andros sidelined since December 18. Lewis missed the Festive period with a knee injury and Gylfi hasnt featured since Boxing Day due to a calf problem.
Younes Kaboul (thigh) and Sandro (hamstring) have also returned to training, but are not ready to return to action. Paulinho (ankle) and Jan Vertonghen (ankle) remain out.
Andros, Gylfi, Lewis and Jermain are all back in contention said Head Coach Tim Sherwood.
Younes isnt ready yet and Sandro, Paulinho and Jan Vertonghen are all out.
Weve done well in our Premier League programme and we want to keep that going. The more players we get back and raring to go, the better for us."

Worst I have ever seen us play.
It's obvious to see that we are over run in midfield. We have no defensive midfielder either. Not one of the 2 up front is dropping back to help.
Eriksen is no a left sided player, and drifts inside.
Rose and Walker are forever out of position therefore its a simple pass into the gap either side of dawson or Chiriches and they are away.
There is no movement from anyone when the midfielders have the ball.
Walker: terrible cannot find a pass
Chirches and Dawson exposed
Rose: seems like he has lost his pace and does not a lot going forward cannot find a pass
Dembele and Bentaleb passing backwards and sideways.
Soldado and Adebayor both static.

FFS bring on defoe, at least he will move around.
Eriksen has to improve or bring on Chadli.

How can we get outplayed in midfield by ward puncheon and jedinak.

Ffs we are making Palace look class.

The difference is they are doing the basics. Passing to their players quickly, moving and working.
We are not.

I have never seen anyone fall over as much as Chamakh and get something.
Yet he has done a few sly pushes, trips and elbowed Chriches and gets away with it.

Pulis's renowned tactics making an emergence from the Palace players now.

The penalty was also a bit of skulduggery on Marouane's part. Planting his leg across Dembele, falling over and conning the ref who was behind.
Justifiably, Puncheon skied it.

Does Chamakh mean 'young balding pea****' or 'the unstable one" in Moroccan ?
