After numerous and promises we had a quote (the cheapest of the lot)
All inclusive transfers etc etc 4 star Majorca

July is a bit dearer.
Call on super Daughter.
Same hotel flights etc

Robbing gets some travel agents.

Crash - always book my own if I can pal...you're right travel agents cream it off the general public and if some folk looked at booking it themselves they would save absolute pounds...

Last January Daughter was 18 so as a treat to her we asked a T/A to look into booking a 3 night 4 day holiday to New York staying at the Hyatt next to the Grand Central station ...

Quote came back at just over 2000 which I thought was a tad steep...hopped on to Expedia.com same flights dates and hotel...job lot for 1500! A 25% saving all by the press of a few buttons...

Can't believe the difference. a grand.
works out about 60 quid a day each for food drinks and flights , baggage and transfers.
I can drink more than that :D
