They treat the listeners/callers with utter disdain mate, it's an old boys club where they can invite Peter Reid, Ray Harford & Arry Basset on the show so as they can all agree with each other.
Keys and Gray would have a hard job inviting Ray Harford onto the show.
He's been dead since 2003.
Shocking news, you could have buttered me up first rather than blurting it out in such a matter of fact fashion. >:(
Rest in peace Ray, I may not have known you but you were a decent football coach who won the title assisting Kenny Dalgleish.
