SFA Statement/Tom English paraphrasing - http://www.scotsman.com/scotland-on-...them-1-2734842

a??Last August, Michele Centenaro of the ECA contacted the SFA and asked for an appraisal of the Rangers situation and whether they could be deemed the same Rangers as before or a new company unworthy of acknowledgment from the ECA. The SFAa??s response was unambiguous. Different corporate entity but same Rangers, same history, same honours accrued over 140 years."

They won't be 'back' in administration. The looming administration for The Rangers will be the first in the club's 18 month or so history.

Dodo's are an extinct species and so no scientific examinations have been made to clarify the intelligence levels of said bird. Though some have speculated they had the intellect of a dolphin, making them equal to Motherwell fans.

The conditional membership was the one used to create the SFA membership Sevco were given, as confirmed by the SFA. ally, don't disappear from threads where you've been ripped apart just to reappear again as if nothing happened.

Bit like The Rangers 2012, really.

The so-called 5-way agreement only highlights the pro-bun corruption in the game in Scotland, why would you want to rely on that.

the newco bought the goodwill of the club.

how is this done, never heard goodwill being bought and sold, amazing how a lot of things thats happened since 2012 havent been done before.

think i,ll go to asda tomorrow and buy a jar of goodwill. and a couple of cans of history.

another point, rangers didnt have 4 years of signed accounts, the reason it states is that membership was transfered, surely membership should have been terminated as they didnt have the accounts ready. just as in uefas rules where newclubs have to have 3 years accounts.

rangers were an unqualified club who should not have been given membership, the company didnt file the correct accounts yet rangers were allowed a membership, despite another membership already existing alongside it.

the conditional membership was the original membership we had with conditions attached hence the conditional membership, once the conditions were met the membership was fully transferred over - it wasnt two memerships only one

as for your corruption pish, you have zero evidence and only come out with the corruption stuff as the every organisation in scotland state you are wrong along with all the other who have commented on it
