Looking for some advice from the board as I know nothing of London.

Me and a mate have been offered tickets for Chelsea V West Ham on the 29th. K.O 19.45

We are planning on driving from Lincolnshire and our two options I think are driving all the way and parking close to the ground or parking on the edge of London and using train/tube to get there.

Can anyone advise on what would be the best/easiest to do ? Is it easy to drive that far into London or would we be looking at massive delays in/out ?

If we stopped on the edge where would people advise we get the train/tube from ?

Thanks in advance

Matt

Watford or Harrow then Overground to West Brompton (via Wilesden Jnc)
(Myriad of alternate options via underground/commuter lines too)

Or

Drive to Milton Keynes then direct train to West Brompton (~£27rtn)

Cheers Feckwittery, exactly what I was looking for.

Milton Keynes looks like best option for us coming from Lincoln, also just looked and return train is only £20
