So, an extra income of A?40m has probably saved Man City from expulsion from the CL & EL.
And how do they get this revenue?

Who owns MAn City: Mansour
Who is Mansour: the deputy prime minister of Abu Dhabi and a member of the ruling family of that country, his father being the Emir of Abu Dhabi.

Who are Eithad Airways thier two main sponsors, naming rights and shirt sponsor? They were formed by Royal Decree by the Abu Dhabi royal family, i.e...Mansour's.

Who are their major advertisers?
Etisalat: 60% owned by Mansours father the Emir.
Abu Dhabi: owned by the Royal Family
Aabar investment: Owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi..ie., Mansours Dad and family.

So basically they are spending as much as they want and to balance the books whatever is outstanding is then charged -at well over the gong rate - for the advertising deals.
So they are still pumping billions into City by the back door.
FFP my arse.
And with Barclays -the sponsor of the EPL - being rescued from being brought dow

Fifa fair play?? It's all a load of B-olloks.

Gazprom and Chelsea
Eithad and Man City

A?400m over 10 years for the legendary massive Man City's shirt sponsorship by a company owned by your owners??

Man U - wining everything for years and the biggest club in the UK, and arguably the world and with a global fanbase can only manage 357m over 7.

When they stop financial doping from sponsors that have major ties with the club's owners will a club really spend what it's true earning power is.

Chelsea 82m gate receipts, arse 115m, Man U 122m, Spurs 45m, Poo 52m

Yet Chelsea spend 64m net this year
79m last
63m year before that
97m year before that - view external link (http://whatculture.com/sport/gazprom-and-financial-fair-play-a-russian-affair.php)
