Goalless at HT. More aggression needed in the early part of the 2nd half, the longer it stays at 0-0, the more emboldened PNE will get

"Bayern aren't from this world at the moment," Leverkusen sporting director and former Germany forward Rudi Voller told BBC Sport.
"The danger is very real that it will be boring at the top."

got this quote off BBC sport, must be a downer for the fans of other clubs, let's hope for the sake of football the dominance does not go on for years. how boring was the SPL when rangers and celtic dominated for years.

'Emboldened' is an excellent word Romanis, most impressive, and almost certainly a first on this board.

Your next post will be your 2,000th on here, you should have saved it for that.

I suppose so - your own team are in action, but your thoughts are with us.

Wow even an attacking substitution cannot break PNE down.

Thor and gard must have put a spell on their goal

Well played Lilywhites! The stats actually suggest they had more shots than us despite us having the lion's share of possession.

Billy Davies will be an eager beaver for a homecoming to a club where he's recognised as their 'greatest ever!'

Pretty much kept you at arms length for the whole game and I thought our defense more than handled your strikers on the night. Our midfield hassled you off the ball and in the last 15 mins Romanis, once we made our attacking subs we looked the more likely team to score.

By the way great crowd and enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to wlecoming Forest to Deepdale were I suspect the game will be a more open affair.

I will contact Thor and rustle up that spell for the replay ;D
