Why is he not on the bench now that he is back from loan.
Why does he not play for the reserves ?
We are paying him a 1st team wage to train and not play any games.
He is not the best keeper we have had but if Clark gets injured then he will have to play
Young Jim is not ready yet to start a 1st team game.

He is playing tonight for the Reserves instead of Jim, due to tomorrows replay.

I'd give Jim a chance if we had a goalie crisis, yes he is young and inexperienced but tbh Antell still gives me nightmares...

He has more experience that Jim and should be on tonight against Morton.

I share your view that Jim Atkinson is not yet ready. Has come on a long way but not quite there. Sadly however, he can't gain experience any other way.

Well young Jim gets his chance tonight and by the sound of it with us down to 9 men now he's straight in at the deep end.

well done young jim the boy looks like a decent keeper ,possibly the new barney davidson lol, as hes had a few years of coaching only experience will bring him on now .

We all have to be patient with young guys.
They will have good and bad days.
However its the only way to get game time.
Hopefully Jim is given more of a taste of first team football.
If he does lets all get behind the lad.
