According to Sky Sports News out for an undefined period after shoulder surgery.

Good news as he must be doubtful for the fixture at Pride Park early next month and seems to be scoring for QPR fairly regularly.

He's nearly as likely to score against us as David "****" Nudgent, so a massive bonus for us. I have no idea how QPR will cope with their paper-thin squad...

But he didn't scored against us at L.Road this season though lol. Anyway big loss for them.

yup nugent and Austin are definitely our nemesis'. in fairness if there's one area QPR aren't massively strong on it's up front.

it would be a huge bonus if Austin didn't play against us.

didn't a proposed move to Hull (when he was at Burnley) fall through because of some issue with his shoulder? (pretty sure he's dislocated it at least once) - guess he's needed it sorting properly for quite a while...

Think that was due something do with his knee. Anyway Qpr signed a striker from Brazil he scored 3 goals 4 assists in 19 games that's not good at all imo.

They were desperate for a striker to be fair. Got more strikers than we've got goalkeepers!

I watched an old Coventry City game on Sky a few days ago and saw David Speedie. These programmes should come with a health warning. He always scored against us and over the years I had slightly recovered but watching him set me back
years. I hated him with a passion>:(
