FFS, the transfer window has only just closed, yet here we go again.
"Tottenham plan to resume talks over the possibility of signing Ukraine winger Yevhen Konoplyanka later this month, according to the Daily Mail.
Reports in the British publication suggest that the Premier League outfit are considering several transfer targets ahead of the summer and hope to capitalise on Liverpool's failed attempts to lure the £15 million-rated Dnipro star to the Premier League during the last few days of the January window.
24-year-old Konoplyanka joined his current employers in 2006 and has gone on to become one of his country's biggest stars, with 35 international caps to his already along with a period of stellar form at domestic level at Dnipro-Arena.
Liverpool were evidently very keen to bring the versatile attacker to Anfield last month, but Brendan Rodgers' hopes of striking a deal were scuppered with it being reported that Dnipro's owner failed to sign the necessary paperwork ahead
