"Tottenham Hotspur Technical Director Franco Baldini is reportedly a managerial candidate for Inter Milan, according to La Stampa.
Current Inter boss Walter Mazzarri is seemingly under pressure at the San Siro, with some mixed results this season and with new owner Erick Thohir keen to bring in his own appointment as head coach of the team.
Baldini is among the candidates being considered, though it has been suggested that Ajax manager Frank de Boer is the favourite to take the post.
Although not currently among the Spurs coaching staff, Baldini has some experience in this area, having worked as England's assistant manager under Fabio Capello's reign. He was also considered as a replacement to manage the Tottenham team following Andre Villas-Boas' sacking.
Despite some disappointment in Baldini's signings during his time as Technical Director at White Hart Lane, the club will be hoping not to lose him if Inter do come calling."
