They did admit to refinancing the swiss company back in November for some 20m+, maybe the deal went tits up.
Do you have a link, which paper?

Looks more like the press are making more out of this than there is to it. They owe their shirt sponsor A?1.7, (who I think are tied to ownership, can't be arsed to go digging too much). So basically in the classic 'pay up or else' tactic, they've applied for a winding up ordser of the club. So it's a case of the club paying up and the court action is dropped. It's also highly unlikely if Leeds don't pay that a winding up order would be issued unless the club went in not opposing it.

Worked 12 and a half hours straight today without a break Howie, (aside from 15 minutes to eat dinner) today. I blame it on mental fatigue. Although if work stays like this, smackcaine may be the only way forward. ;)

Anyway, I'd blocked the phuckers from my mind, so now see totally different words when I read their. It's a survival thing. Bet the scumbags amke a killing from this too. Debts wipped, pheonix company will rise from the ashes >:(

How do you go bankrupt if you're just a bunch of (morally bankrupt) suits that make loads of money from doing hardly anything? Just pay your employees a percentage of deals they work, keep the rest, enjoy your minimal costs and your millions of practically stolen moneys.
