Deulofeu Is Back From Injury.
Gerard Deulofeu has returned to training for Everton after more than six weeks out and he could be in line to play in the league game against Tottenham on Sunday.
The winger has been out since he was hit by a muscular injury on 14th December. "He is such a positive young man and the fact he has been missed so much at Everton is a reflection of the type of person he is", noted Toffees boss Roberto Martinez.
Everton faces a crucial game this weekend in the fight for a European place next season. Nevertheless, the club will not rush Deulofeu back: "We have the game on Sunday so we will be able to assess him as the week goes on but he is fully fit from a medical point of view. It is making sure he is match fit", Martinez added.
