No more watching Everton for me this Season. Can't take any more of this tiki taka, short passing, no end product, no plan 'B' football we're trying to play :(

Defeats like that are tough to take Alan, but lets not give up hope just yet.

Good thing is we have another game almost straight away.. Hopefully we'll get a chance to see our very own Everton_Freak make his dee-butt.

Don't blame you to be honest

I'm going back to being a Chelsea fan after our defeat and only drawing at Norwich

Disgraceful

For goodness sake, Stubbys...don't be such a drama queen.

We were by far the better team today up unitl they scored, tili taki and all...and that bugger Clattenburg denied us a perfectly good penno near the end.

Personally, I couldn't go back to watchinh Hoofball.

Viva Roberto and tiki taki...:D

Tough luck yesterday but a good game to watch for the neutrals!

Thought you were the better side in 1st half but closer in 2nd.

Worrying for us that we have so few shots at goal.
:blue:

Still im pleased that Moyes is keeping up the good work!!
;D

Yes...that was the saving grace for us yesterday.

I had actually switched off after Moyes F.C. had gone in front and didn't find out until later last night that Fulham had mugger him :D

Agreed. Nothing wrong with the tiki taka stuff, it's good to watch.. Just needs a little more pace to it and a touch of oomph.

It's not the getting beat that pisses me off, I'm an Evertonian so I'm used to the defeats, it's the lack of productivity from the style of football we are playing :/

It would be good to have a Plan 'B' of some sort.

[p]
Where have I heard that before ?

Martinez out ?

Much prefer Martinez style of play than what Moyes served up on a regular basis.

Still doing the same at United I see XD

I think Our Bobby could maybe " mix it up " sometimes ie use the long ball if it's on and get it in the final third quicker.

Though...

We're desperate for a bloody good centre forward.
Can't believe there's no young Dixie/Rush type players in the Merseyside area, one or two we can bring through the ranks.

Just a thought.

I think that will come with time, Al...the "mixing it up" business.

We are a lot like the RS last season insofar it is tiki taki or nowt.

Brentdan learned fron it and now they play the long ball very effectively when they feel like it.

We will eventually incorporate that option as well.

All's I can say is that I haven't enjoyed going the match at Goodison as much as this since the Pope was an altar boy.

Watching Moyes pepper the Fulham defence with one long aimless ball after the other was a perfect antidote to the tiki taki blues we all felt after yesterday at The Lane.

Hoofball is so 19th century, as Jose might say...:D

Yep right. I've watched the one game since posting this thread. The only reason I watched that was because I knew Newcastle would make it an exciting one.

The other games I will be watching (if you need to make a note) will the Man Utd and Hull City ones :)
