Healthy contingent of St Mirren fans as well.

Worrying times for the DABs.

shall I break the news to the OP that United's average attendance has also increased since Rangers were in the SPL?

4,957 for a Scottish Cup tie is an utter embarrassment. Almost as embarrassing as keeping a molesting groundsman on as an employee >:)

Should we also mention that Dundee had a smaller crowd last time they played st mirren at home in the Scottish cup ?

Or that Aberdeen managed just a couple of thousand more when they last played at home to st mirren in the Scottish cup.

And that neither of those games were on tv ?

Na better not O:)

Where is the balance of power with regards to the footballing support in Dundee? I heard that Dundee was once a big club and that united were considered a poor relative. (no offence intended)
Out of all the Dundonians i have met and Known united shade it 60% to 40%. Is my estimate indicative of the population's allegiances ??

Dundee utd are "the" club in the city with the majority of fans. Dundee have had lower attendances than united for about 40 years now . In November it will have been 10 years since they beat united!
