Big write up in The Football League Paper, about Chucks.
His contract is up in the summer at Arsenal, and dos`nt know if he`s going to be resigned, but he thinks he can play in the top flight.
Also says Crewe staff have brought out the best in him,the Dario lecacy lingers on.
I would love him to sign for the Alex, but I think this time he will be moving on if not with Arsenal, another Premier side or Championship.
Any opinions?

He'll never play for the likes of Arsenal but he'll probably play top flight at some point in his career.

I think he's ready for Championship football, so even if we could meet his wages demands (which is highly unlikely - from memory I think he's on £5k a week at the moment) he'd still leave for footballing reasons IMO.

Going!
Much too good for L1.
But if (when) he does, he goes with my blessing. We've got as much 1st team footie out of him as we did with Powell - and he's not even ours!!!

I reckon Arsenal will offer him a 12 month extension, loan him to a London based Championship team then sell in Jan to recover their investment. Makes sound business sense .
