If he wants a forum to post things that suit his taste, create one of his own, it's that simple. Invite those you want, and there you have it. No problems, no issues with users.

How can 1 come to a forum like this and demand everybody post in a way that meets only what you expect?

We jump all over the place in our daily convos with people, why should a forum like this be any different? You want to steer a topic back to the original, just come in and state it again - can we go back to the topic - it's that simple.
