I suspect that the Gb women have cosmetically enhanced the colour of their eyes as it seems that three if not all four have blue eyes( hard to tell with Claire Hamilton as the cameramen obviously feel she is not sufficiently aesthetically pleasing to merit a close up.)and as only 3% of women have blue eyes the likelihood that 3 of 4 in any given group would posess such a rare attribute is highly unlikely.
