Name me any young player who wouldn't take the money first? Not many, and Max has gone and seen this hence his form dipping away, he's not even half the player now some of us were expecting at this stage of his career.

Although Max might argue that he did not take the money at the stage in his career when this lad did . . and look where it got him. . . .

Going off on a slight tangent,took GREAT pleasure in me local Club when a Liverpool "fan" saw me away shirt and said that Liverpool would never buy from a "crap club like Crewe"
I proceeded to tell him about Rob Jones and Danny Murphy which his reply was "too long ago" but his face dropped,followed by total silence from him towards me,when he looked up Dan Trickett Smith on his fone. XD :)
