There's a contestant tonight who is called Kevan and says he played for QoS in the 70's.

You could be right. I remember him now. Got to final today but tripped up on a rugby question.

Kevan McCann (1979 - 83) from the promotion winning side ? Did well to get to the final but
bit out of touch with the modern Scottish football scene questions. He will be 60 now I think.

Just caught the final 5 minutes of the programme.
The guy's fortunes seemed to be a lot like the modern day football club, that is got to the final won the pointless trophy but missed out on the money! ;D

Go to page 27 of the Ewart library publication Through the Lens No. 6 on Queens by Ian Black and Bruce Wright and there is a photo of the Doonhamers celebrating their promotion in 1981. If it was McCann he is in this photo. There are very few Kevin / Kevan to have played for QOS first team in the past - Hetherington, Osnowski, Proudfoot, Robison, Doig, Sharp spring to mind
