I think we can safely say that the first three in the Championship will not change - but their order might - and the two of them are dead certs to be involved in the play offs for a place in the SPL. What is not so clear is who will occupy fourth spot . We have a slight advantage at the moment but a few teams will fancy overtaking us . The real crunch -at the moment - is the battle to escape the second bottom play off place in the Premier League . ONE single point seperating Ross Co, St.Mirren , Kilmarnock and Partick. Squeaky bum time as a famous Scottish manager once said.

Yes really close at the foot although the Premiership teams have a huge advantage having to play only 2 games in the play - off while the Championship finalist would have to play 6. Also Killie fans now turned their wrath on Magic !

It is true that the Play Off structure is heavily weighted in favour of the SP(f)L participant with a ratio of 2 games to 6 for the Championship finalist.
Potentially, depending on Scottish Cup, League Cup and Challenge Cup draws, two of the Championship Play Off participants could end up playing each other ten times in one season...only in Scotland !! :? :?

If we make it to the play offs and we make it to the final imagine being up against magic.
Lots of its and buts. It does make the season interesting for us though.
