Murphy forced to retire

David Murphy has been forced to finish his career after a serious knee injury. A good quality left back for us but constantly struggled with injuries. Best of luck to the lad in future endevours. KRO

Gutted for him.

I always hoped to see him back at Hibs before he retired.

Best left back ive seen in the green and white.

Part of the best Hibs side in my lifetime, if only we could have kept them together another couple of seasons...

Hibs fan here so sorry to hear Murphy's career has been cut short great defender at Easter Road who we will always remember and helped us win the Cup.
