from Programme Monthly magazine:-
Premiership
1 - Aberdeen
2 - Celtic
3 - Hearts
The Championship
1 - Falkirk
2 - Cowdenbeath
3 - Dundee
League One
1 - Rangers
2 - East Fife
3 - Stranraer / Dunfermline
League Two
1 - Clyde
2 - Montrose
3 - Albion Rovers
Sadly Queens fared badly only given 5
out of 10 for content and design - bottom
marks in the Championship.
'' The Doonhamers issue covers what a
programme should cover but there is far
too many adverts and too many space filling
stats and features on raffle competitions
and badges for sale in the club shop for it
to stand out. It has a very non - league feel
to it which in itself is not a problem, but
the cover price of 2.50 demands that it
should be more than that.''
Lots of clubs are scaling back their issues
for instance Hibs has only 24 pages for two pounds while Queens Park have given up producing programmes :blue:

Inverness and Stirling Albion both produce a monthly magazine/programme with a small insert that changes for each game with matchday info. Quite like them. Makes for a more interesting read, longer shelf life and better value for money.

That's interesting Joe as the judges voted ICT programme content 1 out of 10 - the worst in all the leagues saying: '' I don't know quite what to say tbh it is supposed to complement a monthly
magazine but not many visiting fans buy it. For a Premiership club to take this approach towards matchday programmes is disheartening to say the least.''

The person who designs the excellent trust posters also designs the front cover of the award winning Aberdeen programme ...

Matchday Programme - Share your thoughts

When the football stops and all is quiet, we get a chance to review the previous year and look at what can be improved to progress within the club. One of the things we are looking at this season is our Match Day Programme.
So we are looking for a little feedback from yourselves, the fans who buy our programme.
What would you like to sit down to and read in the final minutes before the game starts?

Maybe you would like to read a “fans favourite memories” or a “health and wellness” column from our FBM academy owner, Kim Harkness? Look at what Junior Blues have birthdays this week? Ponder some information on the Half Time Entertainment or find out what is going on in Dumfries area?

Whatever it is, good or bad please tell us why you buy the programme or even why you stopped buying our match day programme? And if any fans would like to write a piec

The programme has gone down the tube since Queens historian and Museum Curator Ian Black left his post at Palmerston. With a wealth of knowledge that NO other Doonhamer fan anywhere in the world can match the club should pull out all the stops to get him back.

I'm afraid they need to change one persons dinosaur approach to the programme & move with the times . There was always some great contributers to the match day programme who for whatever reason don't do so anymore .

Maybe time to try & encourage them back
