I'm sure Russ would agree. If we achieve promotion this year it will be down to a great team effort from Russ, Tony, Peter Swann's financial backing and the players desire and work rate. They may not be the most skilful set of players ever to don the shirt but you have to admire the effort and application they've shown to the cause.
